We bring all the necessary art materials and turn your place into an art studio. We arrive between 30-60 minutes before the painting session start. Our Art Instructor guides you and your guests through a step-by-step process on how to create the painting of your choice (choose 1 from our painting vault). You will learn painting techniques and have a blast with your guests at the same time. When done, we clean-up, pack-up, and that's it!
Even if you can't be together physically, you can still paint & socialize with your friends and family from anywhere in the world. You can choose use your own art materials or you can purchase from us. Our Art Instructor will guide you through a step-by-step process on how to create a beautiful painting from beginning to end. When done, you can chat with each other for up to an hour long - over the virtual Zoom meeting system.

Our service area is approximately within a 30-mile radius of 91325 Northridge/Los Angeles. No further than Santa Clarita (North), Pasadena (East), Pico Rivera (South-East), Torrance (South), Thousand Oaks (West), and Moorpark (North West). There is a travel fee of $5/mile outside our service area which is after the 30th mile from Northridge 91325.
Accepted Payment Methods & Disclosures
A deposit of $100 is required for all in-person private parties to secure your requested date and must be paid on our website to automatically reserve your chosen date & time. The deposit goes toward your final balance, due at the end of the event. Should you cancel within 1 week (7 days) of the reserved date, you will forfeit the deposit.
The remaining balance are due at the end of each event. You can submit payments via Paypal / Credit Card / Cash / ZELLE / Venmo
A minimum purchase of 15 tickets for Livestream/virtual parties are required to secure your requested date.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without further notice. However, if you have inquired but not yet paid for a service, we guarantee the price for one month from when the inquiry was placed. We do not add any other charges such as set-up, clean-up, or travel fees within a 30-mile radius of Los Angeles (Northridge) Zip Code 91325.

Art materials include easels, canvases, acrylic paints, brushes, palettes, paint cups, napkins, aprons, and rectangular table covers. Choose between disposable or re-used aprons. You can also purchase new aprons from us. Starting at $6 each. Please inquire if interested.
Sometimes, we also bring a funny Bob Ross photo cardboard cutout for more fun.

1.) Big flat brush around 1" bristle

*Acrylic Paints: Black & White + Blue, Red, Yellow. These primary colors can be mixed into secondary or any color. For color shortcuts, depending on which painting you choose, you can add green, purple, pink, orange, brown, etc. Whatever color you see on the painting you choose.

*A Cup of Water
*Paper Towel / Napkins
*Extras (Optional): Apron, Easel, Black Sharpie, Portable Fan / Hair Dryer

1.) Reservation: A deposit of $100 is required for all in-person private parties. A minimum purchase of 10 livestream/virtual paint party tickets ($150) is required to secure your date. Once your deposit or full payments is received, your date is confirmed.
2.) Set-Up & Clean-Up: (In-Person Paint Parties) We arrive between half an hour to an hour earlier to set up your place like a studio and will need another half an hour or so to clean up after the session. The total time we will be at your venue would be around 3 - 4 hours (additional hour(s) may occur with a party of 25+). Click here to see examples of how we set up your venue like a studio
3.) Extra Wait Time Request: If you need a longer wait time, we charge $30 for every half an hour wait time. Please notify us ahead of time to make sure we assign an Art Instructor who can accommodate your extra time request.
4.) Painting Instructions: We provide a live Art Instructor that will show the step-by-step process of how to create a beautiful painting from beginning to end. Don’t forget to remind your participating guests to keep their favorite or fancy attire stain-free! Attendees should wear painting party-worthy clothing.
5.) Art Materials: (In-Person Paint Parties) We provide all the art materials. [Canvas or wood, tabletop easels, acrylic paints, brushes, palettes, paint cups, and disposable aprons].
NOTE: We do not provide tables, chairs, food, or drinks within our package choices. Other projects may include materials such as wood, ceramic, fabric, and plastic, small embellishments such as medals, rhinestones, strings, adhesives, and other items to create 3-dimensional projects.
6.) We provide used fabric aprons and/or disposable plastic aprons. We use water-based and non-toxic acrylic paints. It may stain fabric permanently. It's recommended for your guests to hold off on wearing their favorite or fancy clothing for these events. We advise for all participants to wear appropriate painting attire.
7.) Choose a Painting: You can choose any painting from our painting gallery or you can choose to customize. If you have a painting theme in mind, we can re-create an easier-to-follow version.
8a.) Guest & Participants: (In-Person Paint Parties) Please ask guests to arrive at least 30 minutes before the painting start time so that we may begin instructing as scheduled. ($60 per hour may be charged if the event starts later than 1 hour of the booked time.)
8b.) Guest & Participants: (Livestream/Virtual Paint Parties) Please ask guests to log in at least 10 minutes before showtime. We do not refund any late or absent participant(s) on the reserved/paid seats unless given notice at least 3 days before the event date. In the case of purchasing paint kits + livestream/virtual tickets, we only refund the livestream/virtual ticket(s) paid, but not the paint kit & shipping costs. ($5 to $15 for each ticket depending on which livestream/virtual package is chosen). Prices are subject to change without notice.
9.) Remaining Balance: (In-Person and/or Virtual Paint Parties) We collect the remaining balance after completing our service. Tips are appreciated by our artists.
10.) Other Charges: (In-Person Paint Parties) We do not add any other charges such as set-up, clean-up, or travel fees when booking within a 30-mile radius of Northridge/Los Angeles CA 91325.
11.) Service area: (In-Person Paint Parties) Approximately within a 30-mile radius of Northridge/Los Angeles. No further than Santa Clarita (North), Pasadena (East), Pico Rivera (South-East), Torrance (South), Thousand Oaks (West), Moorpark (North West). We do not charge travel fees within our service area. There is a travel fee of $5/mile outside our service area which is after the 30th mile from Northridge 91325.
12a.) Multiple Payments by Separate Individuals [Option A]: (In-Person Paint Parties) The deposit goes toward the final balance at the end of the event. To avoid confusion with multiple payments by individuals, the host must collect the payments of each participant whether it be cash, check, or electronic.
12b.) Multiple Payments by Separate Individuals [Option B]: (In-Person & Virtual Paint Parties) Pay in advance. Purchase tickets individually.
13.) Participating Venues: (In-Person Paint Parties) If you need a venue for your party, you can contact local restaurants, cafes, breweries, wineries, etc. to inquire about their policies on painting parties. To start with, we have worked with the following venues:
13a.) Mimi's Cafe, El Torito's, Sagebrush, Coral Tree Cafe, Hand Brewed Brewery, and many others. To use their private room or semi-private "Paint & Sip" section, there might be a minimum purchase for food & drinks. Please contact the venues for details.
13b.) Creative Outlet's Art & Craft Studio: Private parties with 6-16 participants can use the studio with an $100 additional charge. BYOB.
13c.) Corbin Bowl's Recreational Room: Parties with 30 to 100 people. [Best for fundraising or community events]. Please ask us for details.
14.) We are very sentimental social media people. We love capturing memories. On many occasions, we take pictures and sometimes make videos of your special day. You can find your party photos or videos in our Social Media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, Google, etc.
15.) Cancelation Policy: Once your deposit of $100 (in-person service) or minimum purchase of 10 virtual/livestream tickets is received, your reserved date is confirmed. Should you cancel within 1 week (7 days) of your reserved date, you will forfeit the deposit and/or full payment. You can RESCHEDULE up to 2 times. You can request a REFUND by notifying us via email before the 7-day non-refundable period of your initial reserved date. There is a $25 charge for refunds. We do not refund rescheduled reservations. We do not refund individually purchased virtual/livestream tickets.
16.) We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without further notice. However, if you have inquired but have not yet paid for a service, we guarantee the price for one month from when the inquiry was placed.
17.) We have the right to refuse service.
